This Disclaimer sets out the limits of the Oddsprey service (the "Service") and forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept the matters set out below.

1. Informational purpose only

Oddsprey provides statistical football predictions and analysis for informational purposes only. The Service does not constitute financial, investment, betting, legal or tax advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Any decision you take, including any decision to place a bet with a third party, is made by you alone and at your own risk. Where you require professional advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified adviser.

2. No warranty of accuracy

Predictions are produced by a statistical model together with an AI analyst and represent estimates only. They may be inaccurate, and actual outcomes frequently differ from the figures presented. Even where a prediction reflects a genuine statistical edge, wagering is subject to variance, and periods of loss are to be expected. We give no assurance, representation or warranty as to profit, return or accuracy.

3. Risk of wagering

Wagering on sporting events carries a risk of financial loss. In particular, and without limitation:

• the entire stake on any individual wager may be lost;
• cumulative losses may deplete a bankroll;
• injuries, weather, refereeing decisions and other unforeseeable factors may affect an outcome the model did not anticipate;
• odds fluctuate, and the price available to you may differ from the price referenced in our analysis; and
• a bookmaker may void or cancel a wager under its own rules.

You should wager only amounts you can afford to lose.

4. Past performance

Any win rate, return on investment or profit history displayed describes past results only. It is not a reliable indicator of, and does not guarantee, future performance. Form, odds and match conditions change continually, and such changes may affect the accuracy of future predictions.

5. Limitations of the model

• Data dependency. Predictions depend on the data available to the model; gaps or errors in that data affect the output.
• Unforeseeable events. The model cannot account for late team news, illness or isolated one-off events.
• Human factors. Motivation, tactics and coaching decisions are difficult to quantify.
• Market timing. A statistical edge depends on a price the market has not yet corrected, and such a price may cease to be available quickly.
• Model drift. A model may lose accuracy over time as leagues and teams evolve.

6. Third-party odds and data

We obtain odds and match data from third-party providers. Such data may contain errors or delays, and we do not warrant that it is at all times current or correct. Odds change continually, and the price available at the time you wager may differ from the price shown.

7. Third-party services

Bookmakers and payment providers are operated by other companies. We do not control and are not responsible for their operations, their decisions to void or limit wagers, any account limits they impose, or any payment delay. You should review their own terms before using their services.

8. Responsible gambling

Gambling may become harmful. Set limits, take regular breaks and do not chase losses. If gambling is causing you difficulty, support is available. 9. Age and jurisdiction

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. It is your responsibility to verify that use of the Service, and the placing of any wager, is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. We do not offer the Service where it is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the predictions and analysis, from any inaccuracy in the predictions, or from any third-party service. Where we are found liable notwithstanding the foregoing, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us for your subscription in the preceding 30 days. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Dutch law, and your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
